You will manage quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back, while maintaining showroom standards and promoting featured products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk‑in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow‑ups.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
