Electrical Wholesale Supply in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, focusing on electrical goods and strong customer service.

The role offers weekly pay, an hourly starting rate of $24.00, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, full-time employment, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside and outside sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales management principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for account management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
