U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Southampton, PA location. This full-time role supports customer inquiries, quotes, and order management, collaborating with credit, warehouse, and counter sales to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical distributor inside sales, proficiency in MS Office, and ERP familiarity. Onsite work and strong communication skills are essential. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical distributor inside sales representative preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.
• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
• Manage customer transactions, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
