U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) through Desert Electric is recruiting a Counter Sales Associate for the Palm Desert, CA location. The role focuses on assisting customers at the counter, by phone, and via email while managing sales orders and supporting warehouse tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of electrical products. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience is essential.
• Electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
