• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter/Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Southampton, PA location.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
