Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in inside sales or electrical distribution, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time onsite position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Eclipse or Solar ERP preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment; manage multiple priorities.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; onsite work required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders by phone and email.
• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and terms; suggest alternatives.
• Support outside sales by managing transactions, quotes, and follow-ups.
• Track orders and statuses to keep customers informed.
• Build relationships with customers through knowledgeable service.
• Coordinate with credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
