Qualifications

• Previous sales, inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support outside sales with large accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Prepare quotes, orders, credit requests, and other needs.
• Provide pricing, inventory, delivery information.
• Follow up on quotes, bids, backorders, and POs.
• Source rush and direct shipments efficiently.
• Grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Promote new products and services.
• Coordinate orders with purchasing, warehouse, and suppliers.
• Process credits for returned materials.
• Assist with quotes, stock lists, submittals, and presentations.
• Maintain target lists and identify opportunities.
• Communicate policies including warranty/returns to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams; assist warehouse as needed.
