The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding product offerings, and coordinating quotes, orders, and returns. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and P21 ERP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role, preferably inside sales.
• Ability to understand and communicate product-related information and sales terms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and P21 ERP system.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: manage orders, quotes, returns and provide outstanding service.
• Sales Execution: generate new and repeat sales with product and technical detail, suggest alternatives.
• Operational Management: monitor delivery schedules and expedite shipments.
• Data Management: maintain accurate customer and transaction records in ERP.
• Team Collaboration: support outside sales and distribution teams to meet monthly quotas and margin targets.
