Job summary

PACE Supply’s McCarran, NV branch is opening soon and seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support the Outside Sales team. You will drive plumbing product sales, build customer relationships, and help grow a new branch in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will collaborate with branch leadership, prepare quotes, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining detailed records and pursuing opportunities for growth within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree from a two-year college preferred.
• Two years of plumbing sales experience preferred.
• Able to negotiate and have marketing know-how.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and branch leadership to understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and submittals with personalized attention to each customer.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Serve as a contact for sales inquiries and resolve customer questions promptly.
• Maintain records of sales transactions and handle related administrative duties.
