Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co is seeking an Inside Sales Associate at our Evansville location to engage with customers, process orders and grow sales. You will provide product information, quotes, and tailored solutions while managing orders, returns, and data in the P21 system.

Collaborate with the outside sales team to achieve monthly quotas and gross margin targets. You bring at least 2 years in sales, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with P21 ERP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a preference for inside sales.
• Ability to understand and communicate product information and sales terms effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, specifically P21.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions, orders, quotes, and returns to ensure smooth transactions.
• Generate new and repeat sales by presenting product information and alternatives.
• Monitor delivery schedules and expedite shipments to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in the P21 system and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with outside sales and distribution teams to hit monthly quotas and margins.
