Triangle Fastener Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative for our Richmond, VA branch. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, as you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and in-person.

The successful candidate will manage quotes, orders, and ensure a smooth sales experience while supporting the Outside Sales team.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service or a related position.
• 3 years in inside sales or a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively.
• Prepare and send product samples and catalogs.
• Review open sales reports for data integrity.
