Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate quotes via phone, email, and in person
• Processing and entering orders with accuracy
• Guiding customers through product selections
• Coordinating delivery schedules with customers
• Collaborating with warehouse and inventory teams
• Supporting Outside Sales with backend processes
• Maintaining a clean showroom and promoting products
• Resolving customer issues professionally
• Sending catalogs and credit applications as needed
• Reviewing sales reports to ensure data integrity
• Pulling counter orders to ensure timely service
• Working with Branch Operations Manager and sales staff daily
