You will work with customers, outside sales, engineering, purchasing, and production to craft quotes and manage orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with outside sales, CAD engineers, purchasing, and production teams.
• Prepare and generate accurate custom product quotes and proposals.
• Process and manage orders from entry through completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales and production process.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications.
