Job summary

Snavely Forest Products is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to act as a key link between our outside sales team and customers in an onsite role in Pittsburgh. You will communicate product features, benefits, and pricing while ensuring orders are entered accurately and customer needs are met.

The role emphasizes relationship building, detailed order processing, and responsiveness to quotes and service requests in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ inside sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily sales operations of a building materials distribution center.
