Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for quotes, orders, and returns.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders.
• Support the Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer policies.
