Ferguson in Frederick, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will prepare pricing proposals, support bids, and relay product information to outside sales reps while maintaining customer documentation and coordinating order-to-invoice processes.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and shift between tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and assisting prospecting.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation for product information.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for timely fulfillment.
• Oversee the full Order-to-Invoice cycle and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
• Role involves training and work in the warehouse, yard, and at the sales counter.
