Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience, preferably with inbound calls.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Provide product knowledge, quotes, and proposals; assist walk-in customers.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data accurately into systems.
• Coordinate deliveries and showrooms; support inventory movement.
• Operate cash register and use billing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for large projects.
• Coordinate with Operations and external reps to meet customer needs.
• Attend required trainings and uphold company values.
