Job summary

RBS BRANDING is seeking an Inside Sales representative in Greer, SC. You will assist customers by qualifying product needs, process orders, and maintain current product knowledge in a fast-paced environment under the Branch Manager’s supervision.

The role focuses on customer service, data entry, and collaboration with vendors and outside sales to ensure fulfillment and accurate paperwork. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Proficient PC skills including keyboarding, 10-key, email, record keeping, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets
• Minimum 2–3 years in a customer-facing role
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus but training provided
• Spanish speaking is a nice to have
• Travel overnight up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and walk-in customers regarding price and product needs.
• Coordinate with outside sales and vendors for support and order fulfillment.
• Enter sales data and process purchase orders; manage payments and paperwork.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory and basic accounting procedures.
