Wurth Wood Group Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales from the office, build strong customer relationships, and provide product knowledge and support within the local territory.

You will conduct daily sales calls, educate customers on product benefits, and work with vendors to deliver value-added service while staying current on promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sales calls and communicate with customers daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Educate customers on how products can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Sell the company’s products to customers within a given territory.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers with inquiries and/or sales promptly and effectively.
• Follow-up calls to customers regarding order status as needed.
