Job summary

Native Pest Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and build repeat business. Ideal candidates bring a proactive mindset, strong listening, and excellent communication skills to close deals.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, qualify needs, and meet monthly revenue targets while maintaining a friendly, professional approach. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous inside sales experience is required.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must type at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answers and manages inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Qualify calls, build rapport, determine sales needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Achieve conversion goals and other performance metrics.
• Sell residential pest control services and related offerings.
• Create service accounts for new customers.
• Collect credit card on auto-pay for new accounts.
• Schedule inspections and quality control visits.
• Enter lead data into databases accurately.
• Provide top-level customer support with one-call resolution.
