Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Deland, FL office. This full-time, in-office role supports sales goals across customer segments, serving as the primary contact from lead to quote, managing accounts and delivering responsive pricing and solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, coordinating with sales and operations, and leveraging Salesforce to streamline processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2 years of successful inside/outside sales experience in building materials/manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM tool such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line for all incoming leads within a specified customer segment.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales process.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, build relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide pricing for panel/product types promptly and assist with quoting.
• Coordinate quoting efforts with sales reps and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on department KPIs.
