Job summary

All Weather Insulated Panels is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its Texas team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting territory managers, and driving sales opportunities through proactive communication.

The incumbent will assist with project quotes, learn insulated metal panel applications, and coordinate with production, field services, and engineering to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety in all job aspects.
• Technical associate or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, construction, or engineering-related fields.
• Training and presentation experience, comfortable in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications for scope and pricing proposals.
• Strong math background and experience using computer applications for sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with AWIP customers and support territory managers.
• Quote and enter orders in SAP; track ship dates and communicate with customers.
• Assist production teams and field services to meet company goals.
• Coordinate with PMs and TMs on project information and warranty claims.
• Assist with cut-list quotes and literature requests for customers and contractors.
• Maintain safety practices and follow AWIP policies and procedures.
