Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a Kingspan Group company, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner in Deland, FL to serve as a strategic HR advisor for site leadership and align workforce strategies with business goals.

The role, in-person and full-time, emphasizes workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and collaboration with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent HR programs and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
• Requires 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders and manage employee relations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to business and site leadership teams on workforce and employee-related matters.
• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans that support operational objectives and long‑term capability.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives.
• Lead employee relations activities including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy application.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, onboarding, internal mobility, and staffing plans.
• Drive talent management processes locally: performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Monitor engagement, turnover, and workforce trends; analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliant, consistent HR practices and positive employee experiences across the organization.
