Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America in Deland, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from order entry through production and delivery. This is an in-office role with no sponsorship.

The candidate should hold a PMP certification with 5–7+ years in customer service/order management or contractor environments, and be capable of coordinating multiple projects, reviewing drawings, managing RFIs, and tracking milestones.

Qualifications

PMP certification required for the role.
5–7+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or contractor environments.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to define scope and milestones from order through completion.
Own and manage project milestones, identify scope creep, and adjust schedule and resources.
Review drawings and RFIs, resolve technical discrepancies with customers and teams.
Process change orders with accurate documentation and pricing approvals.
Coordinate drafting, engineering, purchasing, finance and manufacturing to support scope and timelines.
Maintain project documentation in ERP/CRM systems and report progress to stakeholders.
