ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Tampa, FL. You will assist customers throughout the sales process, explain product benefits, and build strong relationships to drive repeat business. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and team mindset are essential.

You will collaborate with the branch to support merchandising, delivery coordination, and up-selling while delivering exceptional service to contractors and builders.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years' experience with interior building products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting products and solutions for building projects.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services to customers.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Coordinate delivery requests for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support development of branch sales plan and merchandising strategy.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and up-sell opportunities.
• Answer calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse for customer pickup and inventory needs.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
