Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills, CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge is a plus but training is available.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers for their projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to meet customer needs.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and trends.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and fulfill orders.
