Job summary

CSG Talent is hiring an Inside Sales Rep for a leading US dental manufacturer. You will own and grow a portfolio of existing standard dental practice accounts, focusing on revenue retention and account expansion while collaborating with the broader commercial team.

You will handle inbound inquiries, pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, maintain CRM data (HubSpot a plus), and support renewals with scheduled industry travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical dental background and a clear move into sales/account management
• Comfortable owning revenue targets in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with busy practices
• Organised, data-driven and able to manage multiple accounts
• CRM familiarity required (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of existing dental practice accounts (account management + inside sales)
• Act as the primary contact for dentists and office teams, resolving issues and protecting retention
• Identify and execute growth via upsell / cross-sell and increased utilization
• Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities through a consultative sales process
• Partner with field Business Development to support expansion and coordinated account plans
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account health tracking (HubSpot a plus)
• Support renewals / commercial conversations and escape risks proactively
• Share customer feedback and market insights to improve service delivery

CSG is partnered with a leading dental manufacturer (supporting 11,000+ dentists across the US), hiring an Inside Sales Rep to own and grow a portfolio of existing standard accounts.

This role sits at the center of revenue retention + account expansion, partnering closely with the wider commercial team (including field/new business) to drive growth across more offices, deeper adoption within offices, and additional service lines-while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of existing dental practice accounts (account management + inside sales)
• Act as the primary point of contact for dentists and office teams, resolving issues and protecting satisfaction/retention
• Identify and execute growth opportunities via upsell / cross-sell and increased utilization
• Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities through a consultative sales process
• Partner with field Business Development to support expansion and coordinated account plans
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account health tracking (HubSpot a plus)
• Support renewals / commercial conversations where applicable and escape risks proactively
• Share customer feedback and market insights internally to improve service delivery and commercial execution

Requirements

• Clinical dental background (RDA, RDH, dental assisting, etc.) and a clear move into (or strong interest in) sales/account management
• Comfortable owning revenue targets and operating in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with busy practices; consultative communication style
• Organised, data-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at pace
• CRM familiarity required (HubSpot preferred)
• US-based and able to travel occasionally for industry events
