We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves contacting prospective customers via telephone to foster relationships and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with experience in outbound prospecting and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a High Volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.

Salary: Competitive compensation package including weekly stipend, plus commissions, daily and weekly bonuses.

First-Year Earning Potential: $82,500 – $95,000 (Average)

$100-$200 a day base pay (Commensurate with experience)

Location: This is an onsite position (not remote) located in Eatontown, NJ.
