Anago of Cleveland is seeking an Appointment Setter for our Broadview Heights corporate office. The role emphasizes outbound calls to schedule appointments for outside reps, daily tracking of call activity, and prompt follow-up on returns via phone or email.

The ideal candidate will have call center or appointment-setting experience, be comfortable with outbound calls, and possess basic MS Office skills and data-entry ability.

Skills/ Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

• CALL CENTER AND OR APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
• Prior experience in making out-bound calls.
• B2B appointment setting a plus!
• Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
