Job summary

Herrmann Ultrasonics is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist/Technical Sales Support to immerse in the world of ultrasonic welding. You will support engineers and sales, prepare quotations, and coordinate cross‑functional work across departments globally.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience or equivalent, plus strong organizational skills and a sales mindset. MS Office proficiency is essential for day‑to‑day tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Project management skillset is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sales mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Technical support incl. relationship building with selected customers and/or partners.
• Concept documentation and preparation of quotations.
• Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the company.
• Preparation of requirement and functional specifications.
• Technical support of the sales department worldwide.
• Project management during the order acquisition and order realization phase as well as for internal projects.
