Herrmann Ultrasonics is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist/Technical Sales Support to immerse in the world of ultrasonic welding. You will support sales with technical expertise, prepare quotations, and coordinate cross-department efforts to win orders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sales mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and build relationships with customers/partners.
• Document concepts and prepare quotations.

Requirements

• Technical support incl. relationship building with selected customers and/or partners
• Concept documentation and preparation of quotations
• Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the company
• Preparation of requirement and functional specifications
• Technical support of the sales department worldwide
• Project management during the order acquisition and order realization phase as well as for internal projects

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education
• Project management skillset is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
