Job summary

SELF Electronics-North America is seeking a customer service professional to provide daily service to existing customers, process orders, resolve billing and questions, and manage custom projects. You will collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, with additional duties as required.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and organized record-keeping, with SAP experience preferred and MS Excel/Word proficiency essential.
