You will respond to inquiries, quote pricing, and coordinate with product, materials, and suppliers to fulfill orders. Proficiency with SAP, ERP and order management helps deliver accurate solutions and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Beginning demonstrated knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management.
• Basic Excel skills, Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience.
• Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services and capabilities.
• Responds promptly and accurately to customer information requests.
• Monitors/follows up on sales activities to meet customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Coordinates sales efforts with internal resources such as product, materials, field sales and suppliers.
