Job summary

Avnet, a global technology distributor, is seeking a Pricing Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and monitor market dynamics to protect revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to align pricing with strategy, review ERP pricing blocks, and analyze product costs to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years pricing experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and pricing databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales/marketing, business development and finance to position product portfolio and pricing programs.
• Analyze external market prices, discounts, promotions and willingness to pay.
• Verify pricing and clear price blocks in ERP before orders.
• Analyze internal costs to evaluate prices against budgets and expenses.
• Identify upsell opportunities and reprice products in the market.
