The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, familiarity with EDI and API concepts, and exposure to AI-enabled processes, with potential for growth in a Fortune 500 tech distributor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong EDI experience and familiarity with common EDI transaction sets and integrations.
• Understanding of API concepts and experience supporting system integrations.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or AI-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements during development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems.
• Identify changes to system interfaces, behavior, and data requirements based on current architecture.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address business problems or system issues.
• Document business requirements and system specifications.
• Translate business needs into system requirements; review with development group for design and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
