Ferguson is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist customers and sales teams, ensuring accurate quotations, orders, and timely deliveries. This role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and learning our product offerings.

Based in Michigan, you will work Monday through Friday, with opportunities to upsell and strengthen customer relationships while using Salesforce and Genesis phone systems to manage communications and orders.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Must be able to learn new systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer concerns or questions.
• Utilize CRM and phone systems effectively.
