Richelieu, a leading North American distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware, is seeking a Telemarketer in Michigan. The role involves calling customers, placing orders, and preparing quotes while collaborating with outside sales representatives.

A background in telemarketing or sales and familiarity with woodworking products is preferred. The position follows a Monday–Friday day shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills with customers.
• Ability to research product solutions and provide quotes.
• Comfort with using Microsoft Office and basic data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone and place orders.
• Work with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Research product solutions for customer issues and provide recommendations.
• Hours are Monday to Friday, day shift.
