Richelieu Hardware Ltée is seeking a telemarketing professional for a Monday–Friday day-shift role within our inside sales team. The position focuses on developing local sales, placing orders, and providing quotes to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior telemarketing or inside sales experience, strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities, and are team-oriented with a proactive mindset. Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Seek new business opportunities with customers via phone, place orders and provide quotes.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps on customer orders and quotes.
• Research product solutions to address field-project issues.
• Hours are Monday to Friday, day shift.
