Total Industries is seeking an Inside Sales & Solutions Consultant at our Livermore branch. You will qualify leads (web and self-generated), hand off all leads for non-stock and Tier 1/2 accounts, and close Tier 3 opportunities when inventory exists.

You’ll also lead generation activities and build a consistent target list with CRM & Office 365 tools. We value self-starters with strong communication, organizational, and telephone skills who can work independently.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Comfort with cold calling and meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Meet activity objectives by quoting, renting, selling, and cross-selling.
• Serve as main contact for Web Leads for sale, rental, and service.
• CRM processing for lead qualification, proposals, follow-ups, and orders.
• Develop understanding of Total Industries solutions and customer needs.
• Present proposals and demonstrations to customers; build relationships.
• Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and stay current on market trends.
