Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide world-class service, help customers select roofing, building, and remodeling products, and grow revenue through solid account management.

You will analyze sales reports to spot opportunities, make cold calls, schedule appointments, assist customers with credit applications, and follow up on payments while ensuring professional communication and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Solar materials experience is required.
• Industry knowledge of product lines and the building contractor process is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships
• Utilizing sales reports and other data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
• Making cold calls to prospective customers
• Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
• Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise
• Providing training to customers and their teams on various product lines and services
• Assisting customers in the credit application process
• Connecting with customers to ensure that past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary

Specific duties may include:

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships

Pay Rate Information:

$23-25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
