Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support the Service Commercial organization. You will manage purchase orders, service sales operations, and contract workflows, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely invoicing.

The role involves end-to-end administrative activities for long-term service agreements, spare parts sales, and warranty extensions, with a focus on process improvements and SOP development to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience with CLM systems (Ironclad) is a plus.
• Experience with Airtable and CRM tools is a plus.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and sales operation metrics as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Commercial team.
