Job Description:
The Inside Sales Specialist will support Sungrow's Service Commercial organization by managing customer purchase order execution, service sales operations, contract workflow administration, and commercial process support. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Service Sales, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative and operational activities associated with long term service agreements, spare parts sales, warranty extensions, maintenance services, and other service-related transactions. This position will also drive continuous process improvement initiatives, maintain sales and contract management systems, and develop standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements / Competencies
For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $60,000 - $95,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
