GD Energy Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Customer Service team in Fort Worth, TX. You will enter quotes and sales orders, maintain backlog in SAP, and support international customers and backorder resolution.

Qualified candidates will have SAP experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma with 4 years of customer service or a Bachelor’s with 1 year of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Enter quotes and sales orders and maintain backlog in SAP.
• Respond to customer questions on order status and billing or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with international customers and departments to resolve backorder delays.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer quotes and sales orders and maintain backlog within SAP.
• Respond to customer questions on order status, discrepancies in billing or delivery, and take corrective action.
• Maintain discipline while operating in SAP and support international sales.
• Serve international sales team and customers across departments.
• Update quotes and orders in system; identify part availability or delays and communicate to team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
