• Fluent in English & Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process from inquiry to post-sales support.
• Use SAP, website resources, and team input to gather information and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate claims and start RMA processes.
• Assist outside sales and management in processing priority transactions.
• Participate in meetings and training to maintain product knowledge.
