All American Home Care is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking home care services, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, urgency, and compassion.

You'll answer inbound inquiries, conduct intake calls, verify insurance, educate families on services, and move cases toward Start of Care while maintaining accurate Zoho CRM records and coordinating with clinical

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, admissions, healthcare intake, or related experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/MCOs or healthcare admissions preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking home care services, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, urgency, and compassion. What You'll Do

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources
• Conduct intake calls to understand each family's care needs
• Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and commercial insurance plans
• Educate families on our home care services and admissions process
• Follow up with prospective clients to move cases toward Start of Care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Coordination, and Clinical teams to ensure timely case activation
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification, Customer Success, or a related role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), or healthcare admissions is highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
