All American Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to act as the first point of contact for families seeking home care services. You’ll guide admissions with professionalism, urgency, and compassion in a fast-paced, phone-based role.

You will answer inquiries, conduct intake calls, verify insurance eligibility (Medicaid/Medicare/MCOs), educate families on services, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, or healthcare admissions is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources
• Conduct intake calls to understand each family’s care needs

• Educate families on our home care services and admissions process

Qualifications
