Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification, or related experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, or healthcare admissions preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources.

• Educate families on our home care services and admissions process.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with strong service.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources
• Conduct intake calls to understand each family’s care needs
• Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and commercial insurance plans
• Educate families on our home care services and admissions process
• Follow up with prospective clients to move cases toward Start of Care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Coordination, and Clinical teams to ensure timely case activation
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification, Customer Success, or a related role
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), or healthcare admissions is highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
