Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking a results-oriented benefits representative who can work remotely with clients in the United States. You will reach out to individuals, schedule Zoom meetings, tailor benefit plans, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role includes conducting benefit reviews, handling inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is up to date. A training program and a performance-based bonus/commission structure support your success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for outreach and client interaction
• Ability to schedule and conduct virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom)
• Tailor benefit plans to fit client needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support
• Respond to client questions and concerns regarding benefits
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date

Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs. • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
