Express Employment Professionals in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Inside Sales/Telemarketing professional to conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial roofing businesses.

You will set appointments for the Outside Sales team, document interactions in the CRM, and work closely with sales to hit call and appointment targets. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify roofing service and sales opportunities.
• Complete a high volume of calls daily (60-80 calls) to generate leads and build customer relationships.
• Set appointments for the Outside Sales team and support their sales efforts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing contacts to maintain engagement.
• Document all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Outside Sales to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality.
• Utilize office tools including PC, phone systems, CRM software, and standard office equipment.
• Track and meet performance metrics, including call volume and appointment setting goals.
• Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all communications.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to commercial businesses to identify roofing service and sales opportunities
