Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.

You will monitor processes, implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste, train team members, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with maintenance and quality control to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
• A positive attitude.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Excel or Word.
• Previous leadership or managerial experience is good, but not required.

Job description

Hours:

1st shift - Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday, 8:00pm - 6:00am

Pay:

$20.00/HR
